Resting Still

Clare is spending her first hour in a chair, next to her bed. She’s coping well, but not eating much, as can be expected. Now she naps.

The outpouring of love and support for Clare, and us all, is heartening. We do feel your well wishes and caring. It does make a difference! So, thank you all and have a fun Halloween!

  1. Dearest Claire,
I love you like a sister. I know I have not seen you for a long time, but that makes no difference in how close I feel to you and how I feel about you. That is the kind of person you are: full of love and support for your friends, always positive in your approach to life; always encouraging, always a role model, and a a giant source of inspiration.
I am not working right now and I would anything to support you. Jay, please tell me if you anyone to sit/visit with Claire, a driver, a cook, a dog walker…I am here. My cell is: 404-234-4914.

Keeping y’all in my thoughts and prayers. Please stay positive…we love you!
